When I look back at my journey as an artist, I feel my work can be described as original, creative, psychological, and personal. As an art student at Syracuse University, I have dedicated my time harnessing my painting skills to aid me in expressing my emotions and experiences. My goal as an artist is to inspire viewers through this series, which channels intimate and difficult life events. There is an importance in empowering others to express and empathize with the human condition. “The Juggling Act” depicts my recent health diagnosis and the anxiety related to waiting for results and appointments, as well as the concern of falling down the rabbit hole that is WebMD. This setting reflects the chaotic life of a college senior juggling multiple life aspects that include but are not limited to, school work, extracurricular activities, and preparing for the future, and of course doctors appointments. Please feel free to take a seat, immerse yourself, and enjoy the music.
